Challenge Day 2
~ What I’m supposed to do:
- Get your blood flowing and your abs in shape by starting today with 1 set of 10 sit-ups.
Well, I’m not going to be able to do that, since I suffer from vertigo. I’ll do planks instead, which don’t require me to move my head.
The thing is, the only floor space in my house that is big enough for me to stretch out my entire height (5’10”) is the crossroads of the entryway, living room, and kitchen.
The dogs think this is hilarious!
~ What I’m supposed to write:
- Do you have New Years Resolutions? If yes, what are they? If not, why not?
In fact, I don’t have specific resolutions. Instead, I have chosen a phrase to be my guiding motivation during the coming year.
That phrase is: “I can do that.”
I wrote a post on January 1 describing how I intend to approach using this phrase as I go through each day.
And it was that phrase that was the inspiration for me to attempt this challenge.
I’m feeling pretty good about it so far.
